FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What are indoor teepees?
    These are individual mini tents designed for indoor glamping sleepover parties.
  • What do you provide with a booking?
    Our package includes all set up and take down, individual teepee tents, high quality mattresses, sheets, pillows, duvets, fairy lights, trays and decor. We can also prepare a peg board with a greeting for the birthday girl or boy. Just let us know.
  • Do you supply year round?
    We do! Unlike our bell tents that are seasonal, we can offer these throughout the year.
  • Do you have a minimum number of teepees you hire out?
    Our minimum set up is 2.
  • How much space will be needed?
    We require 1m x 1.8m per teepee and we ask that this space be cleared prior to arrival.
  • Do you have different themes?
    We sure do. Currently we can provide, Boho, Summer Nights, Neon dreams, Cherry Blossom and Jungle Safari. We also have a number of other themes currently being prepared, such as Army, Up the Cats, Yellowbellies, and seasonal ones for Halloween and Christmas. Keep an eye out on our Instagram and Facebook pages for regular updates on new themes.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
    A €20 non-refundable deposit will secure your chosen date. I know things can change so we aim to be as flexible as possible if something happens. We will try our best to accommodate a different date for you. If you are adding the super sleepover packs onto your booking we would require a €50 deposit.
  • When is the balance due?
    If you are paying electronically, we require funds to have cleared prior to the day of set up. Otherwise, you can pay cash on the day of set up.
  • I'm interested in hiring a Bell tent for a sleepover. How many can it sleep?
    For single tent rentals, our 5m tents can accommodate up to 6 people, while our 6m tents can sleep up to 8. For multi-tent rentals (3 or more tents), the quoted price includes up to 4 beds per 5m tent and 5 beds per 6m tent.
  • How much space do you need?
    For each of our 5m bell tents, we require a minimum area of 8m x 8m of flat grassed land. For our 6m tents, we require a minimum of 10m x 10m.
  • What other requirements do you need?
    Aside from the space, we also need easy access to the area and a flat, well-drained, grassy site. We also need the grass to be fairly recently cut around the pitching site.
  • Whats included in an Adorabell Glamping sleepover tent?
    We provide a complete service, so full set up and take down is included in the price. Every tent comes complete with fully dressed beds, warm tog duvets, rugs, fairy lights, lamps, rugs and decor.
  • Are the tents waterproof?
    Yes our tents are fully waterproof. They also have extra thick, water resistant, zipped in groundsheets which keeps the creepy crawlies out.
  • I’ve got a patio/artificial lawn, can you set up on that?
    Unfortunately not. We require a fully grassed area of land to pitch on as the tent needs to be pegged down.
  • What happens on the day of set up? How long will it take?
    We’ll arrive at the pre agreed time and we can work out the best spot to pitch. It usually takes about 1.5 hours to complete the set up and make it all lovely and pretty.
  • Can I hire it for more than one night?
    Subject to availability we can hire them out for additional nights at the rate of €50 per night per tent.
  • Are there any extras you can supply to make the party extra special?
    Yes! We have two add-on packages we can provide. Our fire pit package (€40) is very popular, this is hire of a fire pit, a bag of kindling and logs, toasting forks and marshmallows. Parental supervision is required when being used by children. Also we can provide our Super Sleepover Packs (€10). These are individually gifted bags for each glamper. Each bag contains a personalised eye mask with their name, a cute, light-up cloud keyring, a bamboo toothbrush, mini toothpaste and a face cloth. We require a minimum of two weeks notice if you would like to add these gift bags on to the booking.
  • I’m planning a bigger event, can I hire multiple tents?
    Sure, our fleet is expanding all the time. As long as you have the space we’d be happy to help. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
  • Do you provide any discounts?
    We implemented a permanent discount policy for nursing and medical staff following the covid 19 pandemic as a small way of showing our thanks. This is €20 off all bookings with a valid ID. We may from time to time run competitions or limited time discounts such as early bird specials. These will be advertised through our social media pages so keep an eye out.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We are based in Kilkenny and primarily cover the South-East. We can provide a quote if you live out of the area or require multiple tents.
  • Do you set up your Adorabell Bell tents year round?
    Unfortunately not. Our season runs from April until the end of September.
  • Are there any age limits?
    No. That’s the best thing about our glamping tents, everyone can enjoy them! We’ve set up for families, childrens parties, 18th birthdays, 40ths, 50th, weddings, hen parties etc. NOTE: for children’s parties a responsible adult is required to supervise at all times.
  • Are there any extras you can provide to make the party extra special?
    We can provide a Super Sleepover Pack for each of our little guests. These individual gift bags each contain a personalised eye mask with their name, kids bamboo toothbrush, mini toothpaste, face cloth and bag of jellies. We require a minimum of two weeks notice if you would like to add this on to the booking.
